Different Innovative UV-spectroscopic Approaches for Simultaneous Assessment of Celecoxib and Tramadol Hydrochloride in Binary Mixture

Abstract: Background and Aim: Tablets containing celecoxib tramadol hydrochloride that are sold under the brand name Seglentis® have given approval by “Food Drug Administration” (FDA) for treatment of adults suffering from acute pain. Simultaneous assessment in synthetic mixture was performed five new UV-spectrophotometric approaches. Materials Methods: The quantification proposed medication using simultaneous equation approach measuring absorbance at 217.2 272.4 nm. second approach, known as dual wavelength method, relies on computing difference two different wavelengths where other drug has same absorbance. first derivative zero crossing relied conversion UV-spectra into spectra subsequently amplitude 229.6 nm hydrochloride, respectively. ratio used to measure variation amplitudes spectra, regression employed determine amounts pharmaceuticals. In were transformed their derivatives, first-derivative signal gauged 236.4 229.8 sequentially. Results Discussion: All parameters evaluated during validation methods accordance with ICH guidelines. For both medicines, a linear response observed all over concentration series 1-18 μg/mL. Method found be within permitted limits set forth ICH. Conclusion: Assay results compared Repeated Measures ANOVA, IBM SPSS, version 20.0. findings statistical analysis demonstrated none projected differed significantly others. Thus, anticipated approaches potential productively utilized evaluation combination mixture.
